BRING THE TREND HOME
Our Field-Guide to Cozy
There’s something timeless about a Ralph Lauren holiday scene-- polished wood, wool throws, tartan pillows, and soft candlelight. It’s nostalgia with good taste. It’s the kind of tradition that feels timeless, not tired -- layered patterns and fabrics, warm woods and just enough preppy polish to make it glow. With a few intentional touches, you can create that same easy, collected warmth at home.
Here’s how to bring that cozy, heritage-inspired mood to life using our newest O’Tannenbaum prints, and some great ideas of where to pull other pieces from some of our favourite brands, and a touch of holiday magic.
1. Set a scene straight from the lodge
Start with texture. A room that feels layered and warm always begins with materials that invite you in. Try Anthropologie's green velvet club chair Denver -- the silhouette feels tailored, the fabric keeps things soft. Drape a plaid wool blanket (June Home Supply sells a gorgeous one) over the armrest, add a textured cushion, and light a few beeswax candles for instant warmth.
On the walls, pair our Green Quilt Block Print with the Red Starburst Quilt Print from O’Tannenbaum. Framed in solid oak, they capture that storybook cabin look.

2. Deck your dining space with vintage flair
A good holiday table has depth. It’s never minimal; it’s layered, moody, and full of personal detail. Start with some great dinnerware (we love Fable's Pearl White Dinner Plates and Burnt Green Cotton Napkins). Add warm brass cutlery and vintage glassware (thrifted is best) to bring a little sparkle to the table.
On a nearby wall or sideboard, hang our Forest Scene with Deer Print, Winter Paths— the earthy greens and muted tones add a quiet, painterly calm that balances all the shine.
3. Find your coziest spot and a mug of cocoa
Every home needs a spot to pause — somewhere you can actually finish your cocoa before it gets cold. A cozy reading chair and a piece of art that sets the tone are all you need to create the perfect place to read a book as winter sets in. Hang our Vintage Holiday Bow Print from O’Tannenbaum. It’s playful but grounded, especially paired with a tartan cushion.
Add a wool throw, an old book, and a little background music, and you’ve got yourself the most productive corner in the house (if productivity includes daydreaming).
