Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
Right after you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
All our posters are printed on demand in order to ensure great quality, minimize waste, and be environmentally conscious. Therefore, poster orders take 4-6 business days to be processed before being shipped out. Orders for all in-stock frames are processed within 1-3 days before being shipped out.
When we’ve packaged your order and it leaves our warehouse, we notify you by email and give you the tracking number. Please note that once your order is processed, we cannot change or cancel your order, nor reroute it to a new address.
Once the order has been processed, your order is shipped. Depending on where you are from Montreal, it may take from 1 to 10 business days to receive your order.
For orders to Canada and the USA, we charge a flat rate of $9.95. Note that we offer free shipping for all orders over $99.
Please add 2-3 business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military bases and the Virgin Islands.
Shipping time cannot be guaranteed at peak periods.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 60 days. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please note that we apply a $9.95 return fee, but you won't have to pay anything extra: this fee will be deducted directly from your refund!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need you to visit our return center and follow the steps indicated.
There are certain situations where refunds are not possible:
- Our unique wallpapers are printed on demand and therefore cannot be returned. In order to make the most informed purchase decision we advise ordering samples before placing your order. If you think you received a defective item, please send us pictures as soon as possible.
- Any item not in its original condition or item that is damaged for reasons not due to our error, in this case, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damages.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
- Any item bought on final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit of the amount of your returned items - minus the $9.95 return fee - will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@oppositewall.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
At this time, we don’t have a direct exchange process in place. If you feel you need to swap the item for another, you can simply request a return on the item you wish to change to get a full refund and place a new order, or just contact us and we'll be happy to help.
